We are active members of Driving Force.
Our firm is a charter member of a group called the Driving Force Auto Dealer Consulting Group. Driving Force is built upon a consortium of CPA firms throughout the United States. They work collaboratively, meet several times a year, and bring in industry experts to keep them on the cutting edge. Driving Force member firms have teams of professionals who have significant experience working with dealerships. 

Being a member provides insight on industry issues.
Our interaction with other firms dedicated to the automotive profession, enables us to provide the type of direction our clients need. We can help dealers monitor performance and address issues.

Dealerships are a different type of business model.
They are one of the few businesses that sell high value assets directly to consumers. They operate a business that is highly dependent on delivery and presentation of the product to the client, and address the fact that their pricing and costs are publicly disclosed. In addition they have to operate an efficient inventory management, a service department, a financing operation, and manage land costs.

These are often time sensitive issues.
Our goal is to help clients minimize taxes, increase profits and preserve wealth. How we achieve that can vary by dealership, as well as family concerns, which is an area we understand well.
