Wellness
We start with a series of questions.
This is our $COPE process that asks a series of questions to narrow down your focus areas into what’s important to you. This process forces you to think about areas. It’s nothing that you probably have not done a hundred times on your own before, but as we conduct this with you we push the conversation into greater detail and document what was said. Then we refine the list into priorities we feel are vital to the operations and that accommodate your way of doing business and living.
The key part of $COPE is it helps shape what you need.
Any CPA firm can come in and tell you to focus on 10 different key items, and the results will improve. That’s not going to help you refine the business and move it forward. It’s going to re-hash old information you have been told before or read in an article. It’s easy to repackage financial steps to follow and make it look like a plan. It’s hard to take your wants and desires and turn them into steps that impact the financial results.
Our Wellness approach impacts a business.
It creates a discipline to force communication and monitoring of activities relevant to you. Like exercise, which most of us really do not enjoy, if you do it once a month it really does not do much for you. If you instill it into your weekly activities, at the end of the month, when you go to weigh in, you can measure the impact. Our Wellness program has that same impact on your financial performance.
